Q.: How to place order with you?
A:  E-mail or fax the design with detail for the products you want, (details including the size, finish type, packing, quantity of the item), we will response the price to you, once you confirm price, we prepare artwork and sales confirmation, after have your approval on the artwork and confirmation, we receive your payment or deposit, we start to produce the order for you.

Q. :How long is the turnaround time for my order?
A:  Production times differ from product to product, but standard delivery can typically be expected between 7 to 12 days. Our silicone wristbands products can be produced and ship in 5 days after everything is confirmed.

Q.: How do you ship my order ?
A: For small quantity, we usually ship via Express like FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL
For large order, we can ship via air cargo or ship by Sea, base on your demand.

Q.: Can I have a pre-production sample for my order?
A: Yes, just tell us you need pre-production sample when you place the order, we will e-mail or ship the sample to you according to your request.
